AT&T (T) Unveils First 4G LTE Phones for AT&T Network

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) announced today that starting next week they will have a pair of 4G LTE smartphones available for use on their own network. The two phones are made by HTC and Samsung.  The HTC phone is called the Vivid while Samsung’s product offering is called the Samsung Galaxy S Skyrocket. General Electric Company (NYSE:GE) announced today that they will be providing components to ProWater for their Centerline modular saltwater disposal (SWD) and deep injection well (DIW) systems, which the company indicates that it separates oil, water and other byproducts produced in oil and gas operations. Investors have decided to hold their Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ) shares after the company announced that they would not axe their PC division which is also called the Personal Systems Group (PSG) by the company. Boeing (BA) Completes Delivery of 24 RAAF Super Hornets

The Boeing Company (NYSE:BA) announced today that they have delivered four F/A-18F Super Hornets to the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) not only ahead of schedule, but on budget as well. Apple Inc. (AAPL) shares open at $401.35 per share versus Tuesday’s close of $422.24 post-Q4 2011 earnings. Ford Motor (F) Gains Fuel-Efficient Continental Turbochargers

Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) is to gain fuel-efficient Continental AG turbocharger technology to help power small displacement engines courtesy of a deal with Continental. General Electric Confirms FDA (510k) Approval of SenoBright

General Electric (NYSE:GE) has announced that their health care unit, GE Healthcare, has received FDA (510k) approval for SenoBright, a technology which aids physicians in breast cancer diagnosis. The full name of the technology is “SenoBright Contrast Enhanced Spectral Mammography” (or, CESM) and “produces contract-enhanced images of the breast using a legally approved x-ray contrast agent and a dual energy acquisition technique,” according to GE.  GE says that it has already been used in mammography centers in France,... 
 

BP Makes Strides on Devenick Gas Project

BP (NYSE:BP) announced today that they have made strides on their Devenick gas project in the central North Sea.  First discovered in 1983, the Devenick field is located 35 kilometers north of Marathon Oil’s East Brae platform. AMD Lifts NDA On Bulldozer CPU, Benchmarks Not Impressive

AMD (NYSE:AMD) lifted their NDA today that they had on various media-outlets for benchmarking of the code-named Bulldozer, AM3+ socket processor. This processor was AMD’s most hyped processor-to-date and the release was held back enough where it kinda edged on a Duke Nukem Forever release schedule (a software title that was seemingly in development, indefinitely). AstraZeneca Launches $200 Million Dollar Facility in China

AstraZeneca announced today that they have upped their investment stake in China with the launch of a $200 million dollar manufacturing facility in the country. The new plant will be in China Medical City (or, CMC), Taizhou, Jiangsu province.  The production there will be both intravenous and oral solid medicines for China according to the company.  Completion of the facility is expected to be wrapped up by the end of 2013. Apple Sells More iPhones Today Than Ever Before

Apple Inc. announced today that they have sold more iPhone than ever before, breaking the previously held record. The former record was 600,000 iPhone 4’s. Today, Apple Inc. announced sales of one million new iPhone 4S hand-held units. GE Capital Aviation Services (or, GECAS) announced today that they have placed an order with Embraer for six of their E190 aircraft. IBM Awarded $240 Million Contract by National Archives

The National Archives & Records Administration (or, NARA) has selected IBM for maintaining operations and maintenance of its documents. NARA has also called on IBM to evolve its Electronic Records Archive (ERA) system as well.  All together, the contract signed between the two is worth $240 million dollars spanned across ten years.
